I recently scored a bunch of very cool pieces from a Crate & Barrel store - old display fixtures (cubes and platforms) that they were no longer going to be using, and which I therefore got for a great deal and couldn’t resist, with the idea of creating some of my bookworks on their surfaces.  Some of the pieces are on these great chunky casters and would make very cool end tables and coffee tables.  Here is the first of these pieces, upcycled and given new life (and MUCH color!) by me, with the help of the Modern Library’s / New York Times list of ‘The 20th Century’s 100 Best Books in English’:  http://www.nytimes.com/library/books/072098best-novels-list.html.
